Wording For 35th Surprise Birthday Invitation

is the first accident of the work of Corso Garibaldi ...

more likely are the least suited to tell this "little" hiccup, but I was also the first to arrive on site: the fence of the yard, C.so Garibaldi fell entirely , going to end up on the machine of a young passer-by. A joke is a must because of my excessive sympathy for this extravagant project, but glad I avoid messing around to point out, however, a very delicate issue: in Italy there are laws governing safety in the workplace (law 626/94) and to set out the minimum requirements that must be temporary or mobile construction sites to avoid "even" accidents of this kind (law 494/96).
The heavy iron structure was simply placed on the ground without being tied up "in the right places" to any reinforcement. Even an elementary school child would understand that the first puff of wind would easily collapse a structure like this (given its characteristics and dimensions it creates the so-called sail effect, that the same phenomenon of windsurfing in the sea).
Tonight, not rhetoric, very heavy structure would have caused more serious damage, perhaps to the health of some citizens, but luckily the insurance of the site will only compensate for the damage to the driver of the vehicle. We hope to never have to hear stories like: you can die on construction sites (just passing) if not properly complied with safety standards.
